Job Description

Account Management

: Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and images across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Noon.com etc.).

Inventory Control

: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking to prevent overselling or stockouts.

Customer Service

: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage returns or refunds to maintain high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.

Performance Optimization

: Analyze sales data, track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, and revenue), and implement strategies to improve account performance.

Marketing Support

: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertisements to boost product visibility.

Platform Compliance

: Ensure all listings and operations comply with platform policies, guidelines, and best practices.

Order Processing

: Oversee order fulfillment, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Reporting

: Generate regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and customer feedback for management review.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Noon: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

English (Preferred)
