Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced
E-commerce Platform Operator
with strong hands-on skills in managing online marketplaces such asAmazon and Noon
.Requirements:
3+ years of experience
in operating e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.) Strong knowledge ofproduct listing, order processing, pricing, and promotion management
Ability to manageinventory, customer inquiries, return/refund cases
Familiar withadvertising tools
(Amazon PPC, Noon ads is a plus) Good command ofEnglish
(both written and verbal) Proficient in basic office software and data reportingResponsibilities:
Manage and optimize stores on Amazon, Noon, and other platforms Create and update product listings, including images and descriptions Monitor sales performance and conduct data analysis to improve results Coordinate logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Preferred:
Experience in UAE / GCC e-commerce operations is an advantage Knowledge of Shopify, eBay, TikTok shop, or other marketplaces is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
