We are seeking an experienced Noodles & Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Asian noodle dishes and sushi preparation, with strong attention to quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Asian noodle dishes according to recipes and standards
Prepare sushi items including rolls, nigiri, and basic sashimi
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Work efficiently during busy service hours
Coordinate with kitchen team and supervisors
Requirements
Proven experience as a Noodles Chef and/or Sushi Chef
Knowledge of Asian cuisine and sushi techniques
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work under pressure
Team-oriented and reliable
Currently in the UAE (preferred)
