Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced NOC Engineer with a civil engineering background to manage and process No Objection Certificate (NOC) applications related to infrastructure and utility works, particularly for

RTA Dubai

,

DEWA

,

ENOC/ROWPS

, and

DM services

. The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of local authority procedures and strong coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, submit, and follow up on NOC applications to RTA, DEWA, ENOC, DM, and other relevant authorities. Coordinate with project teams and government entities to ensure smooth and timely approvals. Handle

ROWPS (Right of Way Permit System)

and ENOC applications with all required documentation. Review and verify design drawings and utility layouts for compliance with authority guidelines. Maintain an accurate record of all submissions, approvals, and communications. Attend site and coordination meetings as necessary with consultants, contractors, and authorities. Ensure all authority regulations and safety standards are followed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year experience

in Dubai handling NOC applications. Strong working knowledge of

RTA

,

DEWA

,

ENOC

,

DM services

, and

ROWPS system

. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is a plus.

Valid UAE Driving License

is mandatory.
