Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Computer Networks, Telecommunications, or related field.
Proven experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and support.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and routing protocols.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
