Job Position - NOC Engineer

Job Purpose:
The Level 1 NOC Support Engineer is responsible for providing first-line monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for Nokia IP Core and RAN (Radio Access Network) infrastructure within a managed NOC environment. The role ensures high availability and performance of critical network systems by proactively identifying, escalating, and coordinating the resolution of network incidents.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in NOC operations or network monitoring.
- Basic exposure to Nokia IP or RAN products is preferred.
- Understanding of IP networking and LTE network architecture.
- Familiar with basic CLI operations on routers/switches.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in 24x7 rotating shifts.
