1.? ?Prepare and Submit NOC Applications

- Submit NOC requests to relevant authorities (e.g. DM, DDA, Trakhees, JAFZA, DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, etc.) for all construction stages.

2.? ?Liaise with Authorities

- Coordinate directly with government departments for clarifications, updates, and status follow-ups.

3.? ?Review Drawings & Documents

- Ensure shop drawings, utility layouts, and site plans meet each authority's standards before submission.

4.? ?Track and Manage Approvals

- Maintain NOC status logs and ensure approvals are obtained on time to avoid site delays.

5.? ?Coordinate with Project Team

- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and utility coordinators to align submissions.

6.? ?Knowledge of Regulations

- Stay updated with the latest codes, guidelines, and online submission portals (e.g., Dubai BPS, DDA e-permit, Trakhees EHS, etc.).

7.? ?Handle Rejections and Comments

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering

, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE construction field

. Proficient in network monitoring tools and platforms. Strong understanding of IT/OT network infrastructure and systems. Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and performance reporting. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations. Detail-oriented with a focus on system reliability and continuous improvement.

Salary:

AED 7,000 - 12,000 AED per month, based on qualifications and experience.
