Job Description

:

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable

NOC Engineer

with a qualification in

Electrical Engineering

and a

minimum of 2 years of UAE experience

, specializing in obtaining

government approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOCs)

for both

electrical and civil works

in construction and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coordinating with major UAE authorities and managing the complete NOC cycle--from documentation and drawing submissions to follow-ups and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit NOC applications for

electrical and civil construction works

to relevant UAE authorities including DEWA, RTA, SEWA, ADM, DM, DDA, Etisalat, and Du. Review and modify

technical drawings

(e.g., SLDs, cable routing, trench layouts, road crossing details) according to authority standards. Coordinate with internal design and execution teams, consultants, and contractors for timely submissions and clarifications. Liaise with government departments to follow up on submissions, respond to comments, and resubmit revised documents. Secure permits for

utility diversions, road cutting, excavation, and infrastructure interface works

. Ensure strict compliance with UAE government regulations and construction codes. Maintain a tracking system for all NOC submissions and approvals, and provide regular updates to project managers. Attend authority meetings and site inspections as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical Engineering

(Mandatory) Minimum

2 years of UAE experience

in NOC/permit coordination for

electrical and civil scopes

Sound knowledge of UAE construction authority processes and requirements Experience working with

DEWA, SEWA, RTA, DM, ADM, Etisalat, Du

, etc. Strong understanding of electrical systems, utility planning, and infrastructure coordination

Skills Required:

AutoCAD (Electrical & Civil) Permit Documentation & Authority Liaison Electrical Load Schedule & SLD Preparation Utility Diversion Coordination Project Documentation & Reporting Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Ability to manage multiple submissions and tight deadlines Familiarity with UAE authority portals and approval workflows

Additional Requirements:

UAE Driving License (Preferred) Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
