Monitor network, server, and application dashboards for alerts.
Perform first-level troubleshooting on network and system issues.
Log, track, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
Coordinate with ISPs/vendors for connectivity or hardware issues.
Maintain accurate incident documentation and shift handover reports.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Familiarity with Windows/Linux systems.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. FreshService, Ivanti)
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Azure Native Tools).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts.
Preferred:
Azure / CCNA / Network+ / ITIL Foundation or similar certifications.
