Monitor network, servers, and systems through NOC tools to ensure smooth operations and uptime.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and service disruptions; take corrective actions or escalate as required.
Perform routine system health checks, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot network and system issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Servers).
Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems according to defined SLAs.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on network/system performance, incidents, and downtime.
Document technical processes, incident resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
Participate in 24/7 shift rotations (if applicable), ensuring continuous monitoring coverage.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in NOC, network administration, or IT support roles.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
Good communication skills for reporting and coordination with teams.
