We are seeking an experienced

NOC Engineer

with

15+ years of experience

in obtaining and managing approvals, permits, and no-objection certificates from relevant authorities for major construction and infrastructure works.

Role Overview:

The NOC Engineer will be responsible for securing and coordinating all necessary approvals and permits from government agencies, municipalities, and utility providers to ensure smooth project execution. This role requires a professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in dealing with authorities and stakeholders for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the process of obtaining

No Objection Certificates (NOCs), permits, and approvals

from all relevant authorities. Coordinate with government departments, municipalities, and utility providers to ensure timely clearances. Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with authority requirements and regulations. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to track submission and approval status. Maintain updated knowledge of

local regulations, codes, and approval procedures

. Provide technical input and resolve issues raised by authorities during the approval process. Prepare reports on the status of all permits and approvals for management review. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government representatives and stakeholders. Ensure that all approvals are aligned with project timelines and contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

15+ years of experience

in construction/infrastructure projects, with significant exposure to authority approvals and NOC processes. Strong knowledge of

local authority requirements

(municipality, roads, utilities, telecom, electricity, and water). Proven track record in managing approvals for large-scale infrastructure, roads, bridges, or real estate projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Valid engineering registration/certification in UAE is an mandotory .
