- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5+ years of experience in largescale with infrastructure projects.
- Support the engineering team in all tasks related to obtaining RTA, Utilities' related authorities approvals / NOC and information from external authorities (ADNOC, ADM, AAM, RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality and others)
- Review, prepare and submit all NOC applications for the construction, and coordination with other departments NOCs relevant to the approvals.
- Liaise with all relevant agencies / authorities and client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
- Maintain regular follow up on submissions made to the different authorities .
- Manage the progress of drawings and specifications for NOCs.
- Manage all project approvals from government authorities.
- Track all NOCs and ensure all of them are completed on time.
- Any other duties as reasonable requested by the line / function manager.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders and follow up on NOCs.
- Flexible attitude to accepting different work assignments and proactive attitude to project execution and delivery.
