Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project coordination, specifically handling NOCs and approvals.
Strong understanding of UAE authorities, regulations, and approval processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience working on high-rise building projects is mandatory.
