About the role
As a CMO, you will be entrusted to drive user acquisition in the UAE travel market, manage paid channels, develop influencer and SEO strategies, oversee marketing analytics, lead a small team and partners, align marketing with business goals, and prepare the company for international expansion.
What will you do:

• Build and execute a performance marketing strategy focused on rapid user acquisition in the UAE travel market.
• Set up and manage paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) to achieve CAC and ROI targets.
• Develop influencer and SEO strategies to build organic and social traffic growth.
• Establish a marketing analytics foundation (tracking, dashboards, attribution).
• Build and lead a small marketing team (up to 10 people) and external partners/agencies.
• Collaborate with founders and product teams to align marketing with business and product goals.
• Prepare the company for international expansion (localization, multi-market strategy, GTM).

About you:

• 5-10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles.
• Proven record of managing marketing budgets at scale ($100k+/month).
• Demonstrated success in building acquisition funnels and achieving ROI goals.
• Experience leading small cross-functional marketing teams.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate and higher).
• Based in or ready to relocate to the UAE.

Desirable:

• Experience in startups or early-stage companies.
• Experience scaling marketing from one market to multiple geos.
• Agency background or exposure to multiple verticals.
• Knowledge of the travel or hospitality industry.
• Understanding of Arabic-speaking markets.
