About The Role

As a Night Manager, you will take care of Front Office & Lobby night service operations. It is important that all front office staff are properly educated, trained, and understand front office procedures in order to provide high-quality customer service. You will be leading all Front Office team members throughout the night shift as well as performing other duties of senior management will be your responsibility. Ensure that all customer complaints and specific requests are handled on time.

About You

If you have a bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality or a related field with an extensive Front Office experience, preferably as a Duty Manager with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position within the luxury property. Additional language is advantageous such as Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian or Chinese.
