Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Manager to join our team. As the Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night hours, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations during night shifts, including front desk, housekeeping, and security Conduct night audit procedures and maintain accurate financial records Manage and motivate the night shift team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally Make critical decisions independently to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction Implement and enforce safety and security protocols during night hours Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Prepare detailed shift reports and communicate important information to day staff Monitor and optimize night shift efficiency and productivity Assist in training and developing night shift team members Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Night Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably Opera In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards Ability to work night shifts and maintain a flexible schedule Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Calm and composed demeanor, with the ability to work well under pressure Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Familiarity with safety and security procedures in a hotel setting Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) * Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
