The role: The Night Auditor works at the front desk during the night, and they must ensure that the quality and integrity of the establishment are maintained just as diligently as they are during the day. Job Purpose: \xc2\xb7 Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs \xc2\xb7 Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling concierge activities according to guest preferences \xc2\xb7 Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly \xc2\xb7 Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role \xc2\xb7 Answering calls and queries related to potential booking Core Duties & Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Balancing the accounts from day shift \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all department Operating Environment: \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge - MS Office \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of Hotel PMS Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1,500.00 per month Application Deadline: 30/03/2024
