Job Description
Acts as a member of front office team manning the reception at night and responsible for smooth night operations including check ins, check outs and handling guest requests during the night. Some of the duties and responsibilities are below 1. Checking all transactions of the day and tallying with the PMS system. 2. Cross checking room rates every night and ensuring accuracy by doing a full rate variance check. 3. Checking and ensuring all cashier reports and end of day transaction journals are balanced. 4. Ensure credit card machine sales and all cash sales are tallied with PMS 5. Identifying any discrepancies in rom rates, revenue and other financial postings and able to rectify before night audit 6. Successfully run night audit in the PMS Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 per month Experience:
- Hotel Night Auditing: 2 years (Preferred)
