About the Role

Moonlight Hospitality and Hotel Operation Management is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Night Auditor

with an accounting background to oversee night shift operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have

at least 1 year of hospitality experience

, preferably in a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform night audit procedures and ensure accurate daily financial closing. Reconcile daily revenue, room charges, and payments. Prepare night audit reports and submit them to management. Verify postings, corrections, and adjustments in the PMS. Monitor and balance cashier transactions and revenue accounts. Ensure proper handover and reporting to the morning shift. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Coordinate with Front Office and Finance teams as required. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar accounting role within hospitality.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage. Familiarity with hotel PMS and accounting systems. Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills in English. Ability to work independently during night shifts.
