Hiring: Night Auditor
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage and oversee front office operations during night shifts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations, guest satisfaction, financial accuracy, and property security. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent service standards throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage front office activities during night operations
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
Address and resolve guest inquiries or concerns during overnight hours
Perform night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
Maintain hotel safety, security protocols, and operational standards
Requirements:
Prior experience working as a Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent
Hands-on knowledge of PMS systems, including Opera and Micros
Strong communication skills with basic accounting understanding
Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts
UAE or GCC hospitality experience will be an added advantage
