At TK Elevator UAE, NI Operations Department (New Installation) manages execution of its new elevators and escalators business. Activities of the Department:
Project budget and cost analysis
Preparation of lay-out drawings and technical submittals
Planning procurement, execution, man power and other resources
Installation, commissioning, certification, service and customer hand over
Reports to the Operations Manager. Hands-on experience may include:
Support project management team in scheduling, procurement process, correspondence, programs, sub-contracting and tooling their live projects
Prepare order documentation in consultation with Project Management team
Periodical review of project expenses against allocated budget together with planning and cost control teams
Prepare reports as required
Documents control
