NEOM GREEN HYDROGEN COMPANY
Air Products has entered into an agreement with ACWA Power and NEOM (all 3 have equal ownership) for the development of a $5bl green hydrogen-based ammonia production facility sited in NEOM. This is based on renewable energy principles and the project will integrate over four gigawatts of renewable solar, wind and storage power. It will produce green ammonia for export to global markets. The project is scheduled to be onstream in 2026.

POSITION SUMMARY
  • Provide Comprehensive IT Support to all NGHC Team
  • Facilitate the operational support to the computing environment at NGHC
  • Provide comprehensive support to PMO to establish ERP (Enterprise Planning System) and project management electronic platform.
NATURE & SCOPE
The main functions of this position are:
  • Support (NGHC) users connect to the network, printers, file server, SharePoint and resolve any technical issues.
  • Administer the NGHC SharePoint
  • Support Team Mobilization - Asset management, imaging and provision of (NGHC) computers, mobile phones and Microsoft.
  • Manage users using Active directory, Setup of network printers & scanners.
  • Manage access to the project file server and SharePoint Deployment of Teams voice endpoints, and support for conference calls.
  • Develop IT reports, dashboards and automates workflows as required.
  • Improve process solutions and implementation of (NGHC) Business Line and Project applications
  • Develop IT support guides and Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
  • Consult with IT managers and other departments as required.
  • Manage IT assets in ServiceNow and IT stockrooms.
  • Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
  • Adhere to Corporate Business Line and Project IT procedures, standards, and security requirements
  • Migrate all data from the different Domains.
  • Maintain and support AD controller and Data center servers.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
  • Provide incident response for NGHC Digital Infrastructure services, this includes, Standard PCs, printers, Plant Process Control PCs and Servers located at the site.
  • Provide local co-ordination for issue remediation & deployments with other DIS teams located remotely. Primarily, but not restricted to PCs, network & wireless services.
  • Provide local IT support and maintain IT Standards including Safety for IT rooms within the incumbents of responsibility.
  • Provide local IT support for voice services both fixed and mobile.
  • Build NGHC standard desktops in the local staging center, using the Global load process.
  • Provide information technology support for industrial control systems at NGHC Plant locally.
  • Provide network hardware upgrades and installations for Maintain Viability work where Network Technical Support would not be performing this role.
  • understand the reliance and inter-dependence of business applications and infrastructure services in the region.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, information technology, or similar.
  • 5 years of work experience in IT.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Proven work experience in desktop support or other IT infrastructure areas.
  • Good Knowledge of PC clients including but not limited to:
  • Operating Systems (Microsoft)Windows 7 / Windows 10 .
  • Network Connectivity (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) .
  • Remote Connectivity/SSL/VPN.
  • Printing – Queue setup, NW troubleshooting, HP hardware knowledge Software distribution/SCCM .
  • MS Office Products, including Office/O365.
  • Microsoft SCEP/Windows Firewall.
  • Virtual desktop infrastructure and/or Citrix.

DESIRED EDUCATION and/or QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, information technology, or similar.
  • Arabic Language is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Industrial Control System (ICS).
  • Knowledge of other IT infrastructure tools and services such as networks, servers, security and voice.
  • Ability to work with strategic vendors, outside support/service providers and 3rd party vendors.
SKILLS / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AREAS:
  • Awareness of Saudi IT regulations.
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
  • Proficiency in IT helpdesk software.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 products ( SharePoint, MS Teams , Teams Voice , Excel ,Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Skype, Yammer, Visio, Power BI…etc).
  • Readiness to relocate to Neom or any other location in KSA
    Ability and willingness to travel when necessary.
  • Strong presentation / Communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to remain extremely professional, composed and competent in multi-task, multi-national, rapid change environment and able to maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent time management, problem solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Expected to work outside of normal business hours and weekends if urgently required to provide technical support.
