We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate
Newborn Home Care Nurse
to join our growing team. This role involves providing in-home nursing care and support for newborns and postpartum mothers, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for recovery and bonding.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home nursing care for newborns, including monitoring vital signs and feeding
Educate and support new parents on infant care, breastfeeding, hygiene, and safety
Assess and document the baby's development and health status
Provide postpartum support and education for mothers, including wound care and emotional support
Collaborate with pediatricians, OB/GYNs, and other healthcare professionals as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and care reports
Qualifications:
AN or certified professional
Experience in neonatal, pediatric, or maternity care
(1+ years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a home environment
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
