As a pivotal member of our healthcare team, you will:

Deliver personalized care to patients with diverse needs, emphasizing comfort, dignity, and respect. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medications and monitor vital signs, ensuring your patients receive the best possible care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure consistent and effective care. Provide emotional support and companionship, enriching the lives of patients and their families. Ensure a safe and clean environment, prioritizing the well-being of those you care for.
Qualifications:

Valid nursing license or certification. CPR and First Aid certification. Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a similar healthcare setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with clients and their families. Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team. A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others thrive at home.
