Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and visionary New Business & Innovation Director to spearhead our business development initiatives and drive innovation within Incubeta.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the digital marketing industry, and a passion for driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth and expansion, identifying and pursuing opportunities to acquire new clients and partnerships.

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the end-to-end new business acquisition process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract closure.

\xe2\x97\x8f Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential clients to expand Incubeta\'s network and market presence.

\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and services that address client needs and align with industry trends.

\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with the leadership team to develop a business plan and sales strategy in line with company objectives

\xe2\x97\x8f Promote the services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Creative, Data) within the agency, representing the company at events, seminars and direct sales meetings

\xe2\x97\x8f Establish and build strong, strategic long-term relationships with clients across the GCC

\xe2\x97\x8f Start and manage the whole sales cycle, and be the focal point in all relations with a perspective client

\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare business case studies and specify market requirements for current and future products.

\xe2\x97\x8f Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.

\xe2\x97\x8f Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

\xe2\x97\x8f Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team to enhance business performance and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

\xe2\x97\x8f 5+ years of experience in a senior business development or leadership role within the digital marketing or advertising industry.

\xe2\x97\x8f Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and fostering long-term client relationships, preferably within an agency environment.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

\xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
