Job Description

Overview

Maintain stable, secure and continuous operation of the company's core IT infrastructure.

Build, support and improve internal LAN networks and SD WAN solutions.

Take part in infrastructure setup, system migrations and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Perform regular updates and maintenance of operating systems and network equipment software.

Provide second and third level IT support to resolve complex technical issues.

Create, update and maintain clear technical documentation for systems and processes.

Work closely with the centralized Baltic IT team to ensure aligned and efficient operations.

Support ongoing optimization of network performance and infrastructure reliability.

Job Requirements

Higher education (completed or in progress) or secondary education in IT or computer science.

Previous experience working in an IT administrator or similar technical role.

Good understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, LAN and WAN principles, and L2 switching.

Hands on experience configuring network devices such as switches and access points, preferably Aruba or HPE.

Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools like PRTG, Zabbix or similar systems.

Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team environment.
