Job Description
Ensure stable, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of the company's critical IT infrastructure. Develop, maintain, and optimize internal LAN networks and SDWAN solutions. Participate in IT infrastructure implementation, migration, and improvement projects. Perform software updates and routine maintenance on operating systems and network equipment. Provide second- and third-level IT support for internal teams. Create, update, and maintain technical documentation related to IT infrastructure. Collaborate closely with the centralized Baltic IT team.
Job Requirements
Higher (even incomplete) or secondary education in IT, computer science, or a related field. Experience working as an IT administrator. Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN operations, and L2 switching. Experience configuring network devices such as switches and access points (Aruba/HPE preferred). Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, or similar solutions.
