Network Technician Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain systems, Router, Switches, CCTV, access control, data networks, audio-visual equipment, and telecommunication systems.
Wiring and Cabling: Properly install, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling, including Cat 5/6, fiber optic, and coaxial cables, Splicing
Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting procedures to identify and rectify system malfunctions, ensuring system functionality and performance.
Documentation: Maintain daily report, and network complain form and submit to Line Manager
Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and Permanent solutions.
Effective Communication Skills: Exhibit strong communication skills both written & verbal, ability to provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
Basic Computer Skills: Possess fundamental computer skills necessary for the role.
