Network Technician

Job Description
Responsible for day to day Operations and administration on network & security infrastructure Perform Installation, configuration and maintenance of network equipment and network operating System. Designing and installing computer networks, connections and cabling Troubleshooting system failures and identifying roadblocks in the network Fixing problems in LAN infrastructure and testing and configuring software Maintaining and repairing hardware including peripheral devices Evaluating network performance to improve the network Scheduling upgrades and maintenance without interrupting business workflow Providing technical direction and giving training to coworkers about network systems Working with vendors to get needed equipment for the networks and systems Set up fibre optic telecommunication and data networks Installing televisions, cables, routers and IT devices Troubleshooting issues with the cable network Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations Completing paperwork such as timesheets, checklists, vehicle inspection reports and service orders Test systems and find and fix any faults Skills: CCTV Access Control Installation Configuration Troubleshooting Structured Cabling Termination SM & MM Splicing Testing IP Surveillance Systems LAN &WAN Servicing Commissioning Cable Managment UTP Cables( CAT 6,6a, CAT 7, CAT 7e) Fiber & CopperTesting Communication ProblemSolving Critical Thinking TimeManagement Creativity Multi TaskIOT DNS Automation Teamwork Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
