Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in networking, troubleshoot hardware, software issues while maintaining system security and efficiency.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and network issues. Installing, configuring, and updating software and operating systems. Diagnosing and resolving technical problems in a timely manner. Managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. Ensuring data security, backups, and system recovery processes. Documenting IT issues, solutions, and best practices.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven experience in IT networking support roles. Familiar with networking/ IT/ cybersecurity products Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting network protocols and services. Excellent communication skills ?Valid UAE driving is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
