Technology - Network Engineer, Application Support

Your role

• Installing, Configuring and Supporting network equipment including Routers, Switches, Wireless Devices. Work experience with LAN/WAN Routing & switching.
• Work experience on protocols/Areas such as OSPF, BGP, Cisco IOS, ACL\'s, RSTP, HSRP, Nexus Switching, 802.1x, SNMP, IPSEC.
• Support experience in managing enterprise wireless network hardware.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Good Troubleshooting skills in Network operations.
• Raising tickets with service providers for Link down issues and follow up for RFO.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents.
• Extending support for Occasional Network maintenance related activities.

Required

• IT experience in Networking at L2/L3 levels.
• Ability to decipher requirements and solutioning at network layer.
• Ability to work with various network suppliers and troubleshoot problems and resolve.
• Good understanding of Data Center Network Infrastructure. Operational enhancement, documentation & Life cycle management.

Good to have skills:

• Cisco DNAC
• Cisco ISE
