We are seeking a reliable and proactive Network & Security Administrator to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise network and security systems for our client company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, configure, and maintain network and security devices (firewalls, switches, routers).
Respond to network outages and performance issues.
Assist in implementing network security measures and monitoring tools.
Provide L1/L2 support for users and escalate complex issues.
Maintain documentation of network architecture and support activities.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on security incidents.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in network and security administration.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall policies.
Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Security+ preferred.
Police clearance is mandatory for UAE.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
