Senior Network Engineer

with strong expertise in

Routing & Switching, Wireless, Network Security, Cloud Network Operations

, and automation. This role requires hands-on experience with

cloud technologies, security practices, and enterprise-grade networking infrastructure.

BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS VLANs, Spanning Tree Cisco IOS/NX-OS

Wireless

Cisco Wireless HP Aruba Cisco ISE, ClearPass

Network Security

Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper) IDS/IPS, VPN, NAT ACLs, Cloud WAF

Load Balancing

F5 Citrix NetScaler ALB

Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

AWS Direct Connect Transit Gateway ALB, Security Groups, NACLs Cloud firewall integration

Monitoring & Automation

SNMP, NetFlow, QoS SolarWinds, Dynatrace Python / Ansible for automation

Certifications

CCNP (Must) Knowledge of ISO27001 or similar network compliance standards

Responsibilities Operations & Engineering

Act as

Level 2 escalation

for complex network incidents Perform packet captures, RCA, and resolve critical outages Manage DR strategies meeting RTO/RPO Configure & troubleshoot advanced routing (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP) Administer firewalls, VPNs, and security policies Use NPM tools for health & performance monitoring Develop and maintain network topology and documentation Wireshark packet analysis Work within established change management processes Hands-on with routers, switches, firewalls, gateways & appliances AWS networking operations (Direct Connect, TGW, ALB, SGs)

Security & Compliance

Enforce network security best practices Ensure compliance (ISO, SOC, etc.) Collaborate with audit & compliance teams Maintain artifacts for regulatory alignment

Projects & Architecture

Deliver network infrastructure projects Create runbooks and knowledge base documentation Plan, design & implement scalable network solutions Work closely with Network Architects on roadmap & strategy Support PoCs and evaluate emerging technologies

Support

Provide

24x7 support

for network incidents Serve as SME for Level 2 support on network services

? Candidate Must Answer YES to the Following:

8+ years in enterprise

Network Operations

5+ years hands-on with

Cisco ACI

(EPG, Bridge Domains, Contracts) 5+ years configuring

Palo Alto Firewalls

Experience with

F5 LTM

load balancers Hands-on AWS networking (TGW, ALB, VPC Peering) CCNP Certified

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
