Mark Williams is currently looking for highly skilled and passionate Network Manager. The ideal candidate will be driven by a deep passion for technology and possess the expertise to design, implement, and maintain a reliable and secure network infrastructure.

- Develop and implement network architecture and strategies that align with the organization\'s objectives and requirements
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement necessary solutions to ensure optimal network uptime and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems with other IT infrastructure components
- Manage network capacity planning, ensuring scalability and reliability to meet future business growth and demands
- Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in networking technologies, trends, and security threats, and make recommendations for network enhancements or upgrades
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to evaluate and select network equipment, software, and services that meet the organization\'s requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of network infrastructure to identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
- Prepare and present reports, metrics, and recommendations to senior management regarding network performance, security, and improvements

Requirements:
- Master\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in network management, with a strong emphasis on designing and managing enterprise-level networks
- Passion for technology and a deep interest in staying updated with the latest advancements in networking technologies
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architectures, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, and SD-WAN
- Expertise in network security practices, including firewall configuration, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and vulnerability management
- Strong understanding of network hardware and software, including Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, and other industry-leading vendors
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex network solutions
- Industry certifications ( CCNP/ CCIE/ CISSP/ CompTIA Network+ / CISM/ CISA/ JNCIA/ JNCIP/ PCNSA/ VCP-NV)
- Passion for technology and a deep interest in staying updated with the latest advancements in networking technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot network issues effectively
