We, Nair Systems, are a QFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency and Robotic Process Automation. Nair Systems is currently looking for Azure Cloud & Network Manager for our Qatar operations with the following Skill Set and terms & conditions.

Qualifications and Experience

. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Overall 10+ years' experience in IT operations and a minimum of 5 years in Azure Cloud operations with strong operation and service management leadership . Experienced in operating in Azure or any other cloud service (AWS, GCP), leveraging cloud-native services, and understanding the pillars of the cloud's well-architected framework. . Experienced in Azure monitoring technologies, security monitoring, operation and tools . Good knowledge in service operation; incident, problem and change management processes in an agile environment . Vendor management experience, managing complex technology solutions . Good experience in managing NOC and SOC monitoring and operation . Azure certification along with other security certifications is a plus . Clear and concise written and verbal communications skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders effectively . Strong team and leadership skills to develop maintain and manage the IT service operations in consultation with key internal and external stakeholders. . Business and delivery focused with high energy drive and pragmatism . Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to deal with ambiguous situations on a consistent basis. . Strong work ethic, highly organised, able to work independently with minimal supervision. . Good knowledge of IT industry standards and frameworks such as COBIT, CISSP, TOGA

Job Purpose Supervise and guide the planning and managing of the Azure Cloud ICT operations and production support, systems and database administration, network operations, and customer service. - To be Responsible for the overall management of the IT Day to day operations to improve the quality of IT services, and improve costs and business operations. - Provides operational leadership relating to the implementation and/or maintenance of business technology systems infrastructure platforms - Manages the managed services and operations resource requirements to ensure an appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands. - Maintain the relationships with the operation managed services subcontractor and other vendors to ensure the IT services performance and its SLAs are met

Responsibilities

. Manages incident, problem, and change management for services daily as per defined SLAs. . Maintain services with performance and availability as per service levels committed to businesses including escalation management . To drive service improvements initiatives across all the regions . Respond to production events in restoring services quickly and efficiently - the lead root cause analysis and remediation . Drive operation service team to establish and agree on development priorities and development work . Understand the information security requirements and drive adherence to cloud workloads . Develop and maintain documentation relevant to the operation . Provide and improve the operational service reports provided weekly, monthly, and quarterly related to the deployed services . Drive continuous improvement of operations including modifications to relevant processes, policies and procedures
