ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Network & Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and security of our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions that align with our business objectives. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Qatar.


Oversee the operation and management of local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), ensuring optimal performance and security. Administer and maintain core network hardware including switches, routers, and access points. Manage and support server environments (Windows/Linux) and storage solutions (NAS/SAN). Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery plan. Manage and monitor email services and cloud-based solutions (Microsoft 365). Monitor network performance and regularly provide reports and statistics. Participate in infrastructure development projects (e.g., hardware upgrades or data center migrations). Collaborate closely with the cybersecurity team to enforce robust network security protocols.

Required Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in network and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:


B.Sc. Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum

of 6 years'

experience in managing networks and servers. CCNA is

required

; CCNP, MCSA or VMware VCP or equivalent is preferred. Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is
