Network & Infrastructure Specialist
Job Description
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
? Networking Certifications: at least CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
? Additional certifications such as MCSA or VMware VCP are a plus.
? At least five years of experience in network, infrastructure, and server administration.
? Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the local network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and ensure its stability.
- Manage and maintain network devices (Switches, Routers, Access Points).
- Manage and maintain servers (Windows / Linux) and storage systems (NAS/SAN).
- Implement and follow up on backup and recovery plans.
- Monitor and manage email and cloud privacy services (Microsoft 365).
- Monitor network performance and provide periodic reports on statistics and issues.
- Support infrastructure development projects (upgrading equipment or data migration).
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement security policies across the
networks.
