Planning and building network architecture, configuring/managing/maintaining/troubleshooting network devices (Firewall, Router, Switch).
Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting wireless network devices (Cisco, Aruba).
Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network reliability monitoring systems (PRTG) and automation tools (FortiManager).
IP allocation, network topology mapping, SOP documentation creation, organization, and updates.
Coordinating with ISPs and support vendors, including handling line optimization and other related issues.
Collaborating with other departments, providing 24/7 technical support, ensuring the stability of online domains.
Establishing network operation and maintenance process standards, organizing and updating documentation and information.
