Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise networks. A strong background in Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage complex LAN/WAN, WLAN, and VPN solutions. Configure and maintain network hardware such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network availability and reliability. Implement and manage network security policies, including firewall rules, access control, and VPN configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network planning and deployment. Conduct regular network performance tuning and capacity planning. Maintain up-to-date documentation of network architecture, changes, and configurations. Ensure compliance with industry and company standards for network security and data privacy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics). Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in network engineering roles. Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies (Routing, Switching, ASA/Firepower). Proven expertise with Aruba Wireless solutions and Fortinet security appliances (especially FortiGate firewalls). Hands-on experience in network monitoring tools and troubleshooting. Deep understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, etc.). Experience with enterprise-grade network design and implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
