Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer with deep expertise in
MikroTik hotspot and gateway solutions
to manage, configure, and maintain our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MikroTik routers, firewalls, VPNs, hotspot setups, and network troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain
MikroTik hotspot systems
for internet access control. ManageMikroTik routers and gateway devices
for stable, secure network operations. Implementfirewall rules, NAT, VPN, and bandwidth management
using MikroTik RouterOS. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to hotspot, routing, and gateway configurations. Monitor network performance and recommend improvements to optimize speed, security, and reliability. Maintain documentation for network configurations, diagrams, and policies. Collaborate with IT team members and provide support to end-users when needed. Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices.Requirements:
Proven experience with
MikroTik RouterOS
, including hotspot, gateway, firewall, VPN, and routing protocols. Strong knowledge ofTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VLANs
. Experience innetwork monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
. Ability to work independently and handle critical network issues effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certification such asMikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA)
or higher is a plus. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
