Join Prompt IT as a Hardware & Network Engineer

At Prompt IT, we empower businesses with technology solutions that drive security, efficiency, and growth. We're seeking a dedicated Hardware & Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage reliable, secure infrastructures our clients depend on.

Your Role:

Plan, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure and security systems in a Windows Server Environment. Configure, Deploy and Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, NVR, DVR, NAS Perform routine IT support through our helpdesk system. Monitor network and Endpoint security health to ensure uptime, performance, and protection. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and network issues promptly. Define and enforce security tools, policies, and best practices to safeguard client environments.
Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Hardware Networking, IT or a related field (required). 2-4 years of experience in network administration and security on Windows Server platforms (required). Preferred certifications: MCSE, CCNP. Proven expertise with Windows Servers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network security solutions (required).
