Job Summary o The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT networking, with hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting network devices, firewalls, and security systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and routers. o Perform system and network troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. o Ensure network security by implementing best practices and maintaining firewall rules and policies Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades. Network Setup & Maintenance o Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. o Ensure network connectivity across all company locations. o Maintain clear and updated documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support procedures. Monitoring & Troubleshooting o Monitor network performance and optimize for speed, reliability, and uptime. o Diagnose and resolve network outages, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks. Security Management o Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools. o Conduct regular security audits and patch updates. o Monitor and respond to network security incidents. User Support o Provide technical support for connectivity and access issues. o Manage user permissions and network access rights. Documentation & Planning o Maintain accurate records of network configurations, IP addresses, and hardware inventory. o Assist in planning network expansions and upgrades.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). o Proven experience as a Network Administrator, Network Engineer, or similar role. o Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). o Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/Mikrotik devices (or similar). o Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security principles. o Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Configuration experience with Fortinet, SonicWall, Aruba, and Cisco switches and firewalls. Preferred Skills o Network certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar. o Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, etc.). o Knowledge of VoIP systems.
