Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, manage, and support the organization's network infrastructure. Administer and maintain firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs. Monitor network performance and implement necessary optimizations or upgrades. Manage and secure Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Support and maintain CCTV surveillance systems and ensure their integration with the network. Administer and troubleshoot IP-based PABX (telephony) systems. Maintain documentation for network configurations, system updates, and incident reports. Collaborate with internal teams to support projects and resolve technical issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network and systems administration. Strong expertise in configuring and troubleshooting
firewalls (e.g., SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, or similar)
,switches
, andVPNs
. Proficiency inWindows Server administration
(2016/2019/2022). Experience withCCTV systems
setup, configuration, and integration. Working knowledge ofPABX systems
