Our Technical Support Engineers work with customers (internal and external) to solve complex situations in creative ways. If you are passionate about technology and customer service, then this opportunity is right for you. 5 year Hands-on experience on Next Generation Firewalls (eg Fortinet,Palo Alto, checkpoint etc). - Experience in configuring UTM - Unified Threat Management ( Web,Application,Ips) profiles for internet firewall policies. - Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills on Routing/Switching protocols and VPN connectivity. - Working knowledge on Wireless controllers like Cisco WLC or Fortigate or Aruba or Meraki. - Configuration Hands on Wireless technology LDAP integration/Captive portal etc - Experience on any of the Load Balancers will be an added advantage - Citrix Netscaler/ F5 - Experience with complex network analysis tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, etc - Knowledge on Azure/AWS cloud solutions - Knowledge on SASE solutions - Min Experience: 4 to 6year - Certifications: CCNA R&S , CCNP. - CCNA Collaboration knowledge added advantage - Security clearance a huge plus - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related analytical, scientific or technical disciplines preferred. - Other Next-Generation Firewall Certification will be an added advantage.
