Job Title:

NETWORK ENGINEER

(3 Years Experience)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Immediate Joining Required

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VoIP gateway, VPN, QoS)

Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning

Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security protocols

Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve all network-related issues

Perform thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Provide technical support to internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption of services

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba)

Hands-on working knowledge of Firewall technologies (Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco)

Installation and maintenance of IP Telephony (Cisco, Avaya, Grandstream)

Certifications:

Cisco , Fortinet

Education:

BSc Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field with excellent communication.
