Day-to-Day troubleshooting and reporting for SD-WAN solution
Liase with the vendor directly for any Severity level issues
Upgrades / Updates and patch management of solution
Ensure adequate controls are in place to protect against compromise of the Internet exposed SDWAN appliances/Edge devices/Routers/Firewalls.
Hands-on experience on SD-WAN
