Network Architecture

Network Architecture Design

Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance network solutions that align with organizational objectives. Define and document comprehensive network architectures including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and data center networks. Conduct capacity planning, redundancy assessments, and future growth forecasting. Maintain clear network documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams for optimal performance. Proficient in business case development, RFP/RFQ processes, High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Project Initiation Documents (PID), concept design, and implementation.

Technical Leadership

Lead network teams across the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery. Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to network engineers and support staff. Establish and enforce networking standards, best practices, and documentation protocols. Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and high-priority initiatives.

Solution Evaluation & Implementation

Evaluate and implement emerging network technologies to support business needs and scalability. Ensure network solutions comply with organizational policies and industry standards. Lead the rollout of event-specific and operational network infrastructures. Collaborate with vendors and OEMs for Proof of Concept (PoC) validations and solution testing.

Budgeting & Cost Management

Develop and manage network infrastructure budgets aligned with business and IT goals. Focus on cost-effective and performance-optimized infrastructure investments. Negotiate contracts with vendors and oversee procurement of networking products and services. Track and manage expenditures, perform cost analysis post-implementation.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience

, with

at least 6 years

in a comparable network leadership role.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of the following (or related fields):
