About the Role

We are hiring a

Field Network and Security (L1) Engineer

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with

Cisco

and

Palo Alto

technologies and a solid understanding of

lawful interception (LI)

environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Deploy:

Implement lawful interception (LI) solutions across Cisco and Palo Alto infrastructures.

Configuration:

Set up and manage routers, switches, and firewalls for lawful access.

Data Security:

Manage LI mediation devices to ensure secure and compliant data delivery to Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs).

Monitoring:

Maintain system reliability, uptime, and compliance with LI standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal security, legal, and compliance teams to document processes and activities.

Support:

Assist with investigations, audits, and incident response when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Network Engineering

, or a related field. Minimum

4 years of experience

in network and security engineering. Strong hands-on experience with:

Cisco:

IOS, ASA, Firepower

Palo Alto:

NGFW, Panorama In-depth knowledge of

traffic analysis, port mirroring

, and

LI standards (ETSI, CALEA)

. Proficient in tools and technologies such as

Wireshark, tcpdump, VPNs, IPSec/GRE tunnels, NAT

, and

routing

. Preferred Certification:

CCNP Security

or equivalent.
