This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Screening:
Identify and evaluate potential candidates through various online and offline channels; review applications and resumes.
Candidate Coordination:
Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and respond to their inquiries throughout the hiring process.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate candidate records, manage job postings, and assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
Liaising with Hiring Managers:
Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and ensure smooth coordination during the recruitment process.
Data Management:
Maintain candidate databases and generate regular recruitment reports.
