As we expand our global reach, we are looking for a bilingual Immigration Consultant who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance on immigration processes, visa options, and eligibility requirements to Arabic-speaking clients. Conduct client consultations to assess migration needs and develop tailored strategies. Prepare, review, and submit visa applications in compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations. Communicate with government bodies, clients, and legal representatives regarding the status of applications. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly and submitted on time. Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures across key destination countries. Offer excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships based on trust and transparency.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant, Migration Agent, or similar role. Fluency in

Arabic

and

English

(written and spoken) is

mandatory

. Sound knowledge of immigration laws, particularly for countries such as Australia, Canada, UK, or the Schengen area. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with high attention to detail. Relevant qualifications in Law, Migration Studies, or a related field preferred. Registration as a licensed migration agent (if applicable to local regulations) is an advantage.
